Effectively supports resort guest service by providing information regarding and booking of on-site and area activities, amenities, attractions and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include percentage of time spent on each duty/responsibility and categorize from highest to lowest percentage. This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
80 % Assist owners and guests with information regarding resort and area activities, amenities, attractions and services, making reservations where requested.
10 % Create and maintain informational files regarding on-site and area activities, amenities, attractions and services.
5 % Clean, stock and organize concierge desk area.
5 % Develop business relationships within the community in order to secure discounted rates or other benefits for resort guests.

High School diploma
A minimum of 6 months of related customer service experience required.

Responsibilities frequently require an adjusted work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet resort operating demands.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
