Our Concierge Sales Agents will serve as Ambassadors of Aloha to help our guests experience our beautiful Island in ways they will never forget.
As a Concierge Sales Agent you will be working closely with our guests to book their activities and tours while they are on the Island of Kauai.
You may also be booking tours and activities on the neighbor islands for our guest depending on their travel needs.

Your New Hire Onboarding and Al Desk training for this position will be remotely, additional training will be completed at a hotel concierge desk.
Therefore, access to a computer or laptop plus internet is preferred, but not required.

$20/hr

One position available - 20/hrs a week or lessLocation:
You will be assigned to more than one hotel concierge desk as we have multiple hotels on island.
Management to decide on desk location assignment.
Retention Bonus:
Receive an extra $1000 bonus upon passing your 180-Day probationary period and you must reach one (1) year of continuous employment.
Bonus paid in one payment at one (1) year of employment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years, preferred)Experience in working within the tourism/hospitality/travel field (highly preferred)Exceptional sales and customer service skills (highly preferred)Knowledge of the Hawaiian IslandsKnowledge of the Tours and Activities we have to offer (training provided)Ability to grasp customer requirements and cater to individual needsLove for interacting with people from different culturesAbility to take initiative, work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills (required)Basic computer literacy (required)Experience using a POS system (preferred, training provided)Able to speak, read, and write English fluently (required)Able to speak, read, and write Japanese fluently (highly preferred)Benefits to working at Pleasant Holidays:
